SEO prices in Jordan at a glance

Short answer: SEO agencies in Jordan that publish prices charge from about 120 JOD a month at the entry level to 1,500 JOD a month for large or multi-country work, and many ask for a minimum of three to six months. Technical SEO setup for a new website is a one-off job, and a good web company includes it in the build. Saree3 includes launch SEO with every site it builds and does not sell monthly retainers.

Type of workPublished price in JordanWhat it usually covers
SEO auditOften free as a first stepA list of issues and a plan. Check that it names pages and fixes, not only a score.
Technical setup at launchIncluded in a good website buildSearch Console, sitemap, titles and descriptions, structured data, speed, redirects
Entry monthly packageAbout 120 to 150 JOD a monthSmall on-page fixes, content planning, a monthly report
Mid monthly packageAbout 350 to 750 JOD a monthOngoing page work, content, local SEO, often with a 3 or 4 month minimum
Large or multi-countryFrom about 1,500 JOD a monthSeveral markets, often with a 6 month minimum

These ranges come from packages published on Jordanian agency websites in October 2026, converted from US dollars at 0.709 where needed. Most of those agencies say the final price is set after an audit, so treat the numbers as starting points. Freelance SEO rates in Jordan are rarely published, so we have left them out rather than guess.

Why the prices vary so much

Two packages at the same price can hold very different work. The price moves with five things: how many pages the site has, how competitive the searches are, how much new content is written each month, how many markets and languages are covered, and how much technical repair the site needs first. A clinic in one Amman neighbourhood and a store selling across Jordan and Saudi Arabia are not the same job, even if both are called SEO.

One-off setup or monthly retainer

SEO work splits into two kinds, and they are priced differently.

One-off setup

This is the technical layer. Google can reach every page. Each page has its own title and description. The sitemap is submitted in Search Console. Structured data describes the business. The pages load fast on phones. Old links redirect when a site is replaced.

It is done once, checked after big changes, and should come with any new website. If a web company charges extra for it, ask why it was not part of the build. Our guide to the technical SEO foundation lists every item.

Monthly retainer

A retainer pays for work that has to repeat: new pages that answer what buyers search for, improving pages that almost rank, local SEO, earning links from other sites, and monthly reporting. It makes sense when the searches you want are competitive and nobody in house has time to write and publish.

Which one you need

  • A company website in a local market: setup at launch, a complete Google Business Profile, and a few service pages you write yourself. Many businesses need nothing more.
  • A store or service competing on busy searches across Jordan: setup plus a retainer, or a person on staff who writes and publishes every week.
  • Selling into Saudi Arabia or the UAE as well: each market needs its own pages and research, so the work and the price grow.

What a monthly package should include

A retainer is only worth its price if you know what you get each month. Ask for these in writing:

  • The number of new pages or articles per month, and who writes them.
  • The number of existing pages improved, with the changes listed.
  • Technical issues found in Search Console, and when each will be fixed.
  • Local SEO work: profile updates, review replies, photos and posts.
  • How links will be earned, explained in plain words.
  • A monthly report with clicks, impressions and enquiries from Search Console and analytics, not only rankings.
  • Who owns the accounts. Search Console, analytics and the Business Profile should be in your name, with the agency added as a user.

A simple way to compare two quotes is to look at what each one delivers for the money. A 300 JOD package that publishes four useful pages a month is a different offer from a 300 JOD package that sends one report.

Warning signs

  • Guaranteed first place. Google's own guidance says no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google, and that you should find someone else if an SEO promises it.
  • A "special relationship" with Google or a priority submission service. Google names both as warning signs.
  • Bought links or networks of sites built only to link to you. These break Google's spam policies.
  • Bulk content produced without editing, on topics your customers never ask about.
  • Reports that show only rankings for long phrases nobody searches, with no clicks or enquiries.
  • Accounts in the agency's name. If you stop paying, you lose the history.
  • Full access requested on day one. Google suggests giving a new SEO read access to Search Console at first, not write access.
  • A long minimum term with no monthly deliverables written into the contract.

What you can do for free

A lot of local SEO costs time, not money. Before you pay anyone, do these:

  • Connect your site to Google Search Console and read the Performance report once a month.
  • Fill in your Google Business Profile completely, add your services with prices, and ask every customer for a review.
  • Write one page per service you sell, in the words customers use, with a price or a price range where you can.
  • Turn the questions customers ask on WhatsApp into short answers on the site. This also helps you show up in AI search answers.
  • Check that the site is fast on a phone. Our guide to Core Web Vitals explains how.

How Saree3 prices SEO setup

Launch SEO is included in every website and online store we build. It is not an extra line in the proposal. It covers Search Console, the XML sitemap, robots.txt, structured data, page titles and descriptions, analytics, page speed and redirects when we replace an old site. See SEO setup at launch for the full list.

For a site we did not build, a technical review and the fixes are quoted at a fixed price in the written proposal, after we look at the site. We do not sell open-ended monthly SEO or manage paid ads. If you need a retainer after launch, the checklist above is what we would ask any agency for.

New websites start at 350 JOD for a landing page and 700 JOD for a company website. See pricing or try the website cost calculator.

Questions

How much does SEO cost per month in Jordan?

Packages published by Jordanian agencies run from about 120 JOD a month to 1,500 JOD a month. Mid-range packages sit between about 350 and 750 JOD, often with a 3 to 6 month minimum.

Is SEO a one-time cost?

The technical setup is one-time and should come with your website. Content, local SEO and link work repeat, so they are paid monthly or done in house.

Can an SEO company guarantee first page on Google?

No. Google states that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google. Treat any guarantee as a reason to keep looking.

How long does SEO take to show results?

It depends on the competition, the state of the site and how much you publish. Google suggests asking any SEO what results to expect and in what timeframe. Get that answer in writing.

Is local SEO cheaper than regular SEO?

It can be, because it targets one city and leans on your Google Business Profile, which you can run yourself for free. One published local package in Jordan is 450 JOD a month with a three month minimum.

Does Saree3 offer monthly SEO packages?

No. Launch SEO is included with every site we build, and technical reviews of existing sites are quoted at a fixed price. We do not sell monthly retainers.
