This website, saree3.io, and the Saree3 (سريع) brand are operated by AFAQ AL-TATAWUR (registration no. 101047589), based in Amman, Jordan ("Saree3", "we", "us", "our"). AFAQ AL-TATAWUR is the data controller responsible for personal data collected through this site. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
Contact form data. When you submit our contact form we collect the fields you fill in: name, email, phone, company, service interest and your message. These go to info@saree3.io and to our customer database so we can reply.
Analytics and advertising. We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure and improve our ads. These tools set cookies and share limited usage data with Google and Meta, who process it under their own privacy policies. They help us see which pages and campaigns work; we do not use them to personally identify you.
Google reCAPTCHA. The contact form may show Google reCAPTCHA (checkbox) to reduce spam. The widget is loaded from Google; Google processes that interaction under Google’s Privacy Policy.

Your enquiry, the contact details and message you send us, is never sold, traded or shared with third parties for marketing. Only the Saree3 team reads it.
We rely on service providers strictly to run the website and reach you: our website host, our email provider, Google (reCAPTCHA, Analytics and Ads) and Meta (advertising measurement). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and data-processing terms.
Enquiries that don't become projects are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Active client records are kept while the relationship is active and for 7 years after the last invoice (required by Jordanian tax law).
You can email info@saree3.io at any time to request a copy of your data, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We respond within 14 days.
The contact form is protected by a honeypot trap, a time-trap and rate-limiting. The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Our admin systems require multi-factor authentication.
This website is intended for adults and decision-makers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
