These Terms govern the use of saree3.io and any digital services we provide. By using the site or hiring Saree3 you accept these Terms.
Saree3 is a Jordanian web design and software company building websites and mobile applications in Amman, Jordan. Where these Terms refer to "Saree3", "we", "us" or "our" we mean this studio.
You may use saree3.io for legitimate research, contact and engagement purposes. You may not scrape it, mirror it, attempt to break its security, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages or abusive content.
Quotes we send by email are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices on the website are starting prices in JOD; the binding price is the one we send you in writing.
Every paid engagement is governed by a written contract signed by both parties. The contract specifies scope, deliverables, milestones, payment schedule, intellectual property and warranties.
Default terms: 50% deposit on signature, 50% on launch. Larger projects can be split into 3 to 4 milestones. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month from the due date.
After full payment, the source code, design files and final assets we produce for you become your property. Saree3 retains the right to display the public-facing work in its portfolio, unless you specifically request confidentiality. Third-party assets (fonts, stock photos, libraries) are governed by their own licences which we pass through to you.
We guarantee 30 days of free post-launch fixes for bugs and small adjustments arising from our work. Issues caused by third-party services, content you edit yourself, or scope additions are outside this warranty.
We treat the information you share with us as confidential. We sign mutual NDAs upon request before any sensitive details are exchanged.
Either party may terminate a project for material breach with 14 days' written notice. In that case, you pay only for work completed up to the termination date.
Our total liability under any project shall not exceed the fees paid for that project in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Disputes are resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Amman.
