A CRM for a sales team in Jordan typically costs from nothing, on a free plan for two or three users, to about 14 to 100 US dollars per user per month on Zoho CRM or HubSpot, depending on the plan. Over three years on yearly billing, that is about 360 to 2,300 JOD per user before add-ons. A custom CRM has no per-user fee: you pay once to build it and then a monthly care plan. The cheaper option depends on your team size and on how much of your selling happens on WhatsApp and the phone, which ready-made CRMs often charge extra to handle. Dollar prices here are converted at the fixed rate of about 0.709 JOD to the US dollar, and were checked in October 2026. Vendors change prices, so confirm on their pricing pages.
Seat prices for Zoho and HubSpot
Both products sell seats, which means one licence per person who logs in.
| Plan | Price per user per month | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Zoho CRM Free | 0 | Up to 3 users |
| Zoho CRM Standard | About 14 US dollars billed yearly, 20 billed monthly | Typically reported price |
| Zoho CRM Professional | About 23 US dollars billed yearly, 35 billed monthly | Typically reported price |
| Zoho CRM Enterprise | About 40 US dollars billed yearly, 50 billed monthly | Typically reported price |
| HubSpot Sales Hub Free | 0 | Up to 2 users |
| HubSpot Sales Hub Starter | About 15 to 20 US dollars per seat | Lower rate on yearly billing |
| HubSpot Sales Hub Professional | About 90 to 100 US dollars per seat | Plus a one-time onboarding fee of 1,500 US dollars |
| HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise | From 150 US dollars per seat | Plus a one-time onboarding fee of 3,500 US dollars |
The free and entry plans are a good way to learn what a CRM does for you. Teams usually move up a plan when they need automation, custom reports, sales targets or more users, and that is where the bill grows.
Three-year cost by team size
This table uses yearly billing, before tax and add-ons. HubSpot Professional includes its onboarding fee.
| Users | Zoho Standard | Zoho Professional | HubSpot Starter | HubSpot Professional |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 | About 1,070 JOD | About 1,760 JOD | About 1,150 JOD | About 7,950 JOD |
| 5 | About 1,790 JOD | About 2,940 JOD | About 1,910 JOD | About 12,550 JOD |
| 10 | About 3,570 JOD | About 5,870 JOD | About 3,830 JOD | About 24,040 JOD |
| 20 | About 7,150 JOD | About 11,740 JOD | About 7,660 JOD | About 47,010 JOD |
| 50 | About 17,870 JOD | About 29,350 JOD | About 19,140 JOD | About 115,920 JOD |
The licence is not the whole cost. Add the time to set up fields, stages and reports, import your customer list, and train the team. With a partner, that setup is a separate fee.
What a custom CRM costs
A custom CRM is built around the way your team sells: your products, your stages, your quotation format and your reports. You pay for the build, hosting on a cloud account in your company's name, and a care plan for fixes and changes. Users cost little or nothing extra, so field staff, managers and part-time callers can all log in.
At Saree3, a first version of a custom system starts from 4,500 JOD and care plans start from 80 JOD a month. A CRM is fixed in writing after a short discovery call, so your price depends on what you need. What usually moves it:
- How leads arrive: website forms, ads, WhatsApp, walk-ins, phone calls.
- Quotations with your product list, prices and approval steps.
- A mobile app for reps who visit customers.
- Reports and targets per salesperson and per branch.
- Links to your accounting system, ERP or JoFotara invoices.
See our custom CRM systems page for what a first version includes.
WhatsApp, calls and quotes
In Jordan, much of the selling happens on WhatsApp and on the phone, not by email. That is where ready-made CRMs and custom ones differ most in practice.
- WhatsApp. Zoho and HubSpot offer WhatsApp connections through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Check which plan includes it before you count on it. Meta charges businesses for some messages sent through the platform, with rates by country and message type. A simpler option is a one-tap WhatsApp link on each customer record, with the chat logged by the salesperson, which costs nothing per message.
- Calls. Logging a call with its outcome and a reminder for the next step is the core of a CRM. Recording calls automatically needs a phone system that connects to the CRM, which is a separate cost.
- Quotations. Ready-made CRMs offer quotes, sometimes only on higher plans, and matching your exact layout and approval rules often needs a higher plan or customisation. In a custom CRM, the quote is built to match your current one.
Break-even by team size
Using the starting points above, the three-year floor for a custom system at Saree3 is about 7,400 JOD: 4,500 JOD for a first version and 36 months of care from 80 JOD. That is a floor, not a quote. Set against the licence table:
| Compared with | Three-year licence per user | Custom floor matched at about |
|---|---|---|
| Zoho Standard | About 360 JOD | 21 users |
| Zoho Professional | About 590 JOD | 13 users |
| HubSpot Starter | About 380 JOD | 20 users |
| HubSpot Professional | About 2,300 JOD | 3 users |
In plain terms:
- Up to about 10 users with a standard sales process: start with Zoho or HubSpot on a free or entry plan.
- A team on HubSpot Professional: a custom CRM can cost less within three years even for a small team.
- Twenty users or more, or many field staff: per-user fees add up, and a custom CRM is worth pricing.
- A process no product follows: custom, at any size, because the workarounds cost more than the licences.
A CRM can also be the first module of a larger system, with stock, invoicing and accounts added later. See ERP cost in Jordan for that path. If your leads come from your website, our guide to SEO cost in Jordan covers the other side of the funnel.
Costs people forget
- Moving your data. Customer lists sit in spreadsheets, phones and old systems. Cleaning duplicates and importing them takes time on any CRM.
- Training and habit. A CRM only works if the team logs every call and follow up. Plan a few weeks where a manager checks that it happens.
- Add-ons. Extra storage, telephony, WhatsApp and some reports can be priced on top of the seat price.
- Yearly price changes. Seat prices are set by the vendor and can change at renewal.
Questions to answer before you ask for quotes
- How many people will log in, and how many only need to view?
- Where do leads come from today, and how are they shared out?
- What are your sales stages, from first contact to paid?
- Do you send quotations, and who approves them?
- Which reports does the manager read every week?
- Which systems must the CRM connect to?
With these answers, any company can quote you a fixed price instead of a range. Tell us yours on the contact page.
