Saree3 builds delivery apps for restaurants, groceries, pharmacies and courier companies in Jordan. A simple ordering app with an admin panel starts from 2,500 JOD, an app with card payments from 4,500 JOD, and a full system with a driver app and live tracking from 6,000 JOD. iPhone and Android apps are built from one codebase and published under your company's store accounts. Scope, schedule and price are fixed in a written proposal before work starts.
Customer, driver and admin: what each part does
A delivery system is usually three products that share one server and one database.
- Customer app. Browse the menu or catalogue, add to cart, pin the address on a map, pay by card or cash, follow the order, reorder in one tap and receive notifications.
- Driver app. Receive assigned orders, navigate to pickup and drop-off, update the status, record cash collected and share live location during a delivery.
- Admin dashboard. Manage products, prices, branches, delivery zones and fees. New orders arrive with a sound alert, staff assign drivers, issue refunds and coupons, and read sales reports.
Each business type adds its own rules:
- Restaurants. Items with options and add-ons, kitchen alerts, opening hours and busy times. See websites and apps for restaurants.
- Groceries. A large catalogue, stock levels, items sold by weight and substitutions when something runs out.
- Pharmacies. A photo upload for prescriptions and a step where the pharmacist confirms the order before it goes out.
- Couriers. Pickup and drop-off addresses, prices by distance or zone, and proof of delivery.

After launch you pay for the Apple Developer Program (99 US dollars a year), a Google Play account (25 US dollars once), servers, map usage, SMS codes and payment gateway fees. Our care plans start at 80 JOD a month. The full breakdown is in our delivery app cost guide, and gateway fees are covered in payment gateways in Jordan.
Own app or aggregators
Platforms such as Talabat and Careem already have the customers and the drivers, and listing there needs no development. In return they charge a commission on each order, and the customer relationship stays mostly with them. Your own app has no commission, keeps your customer list and order history, and shows only your brand, but you bring the customers through your own marketing.
Many businesses use both: the aggregator to reach new customers, and their own app for regulars, with a loyalty reward for ordering direct. Your own app makes sense when repeat customers are a large share of your orders, or when you run several branches with your own drivers. If most of your orders come from first-time customers, start with the aggregator and build later.
How a delivery app project runs
- Brief. Tell us who delivers, how many branches you have, which areas you cover and how customers pay, through the contact form or WhatsApp.
- Proposal. Within one business day, a written proposal with the apps, screens, schedule and fixed price.
- Design. We design the main screens for each app and adjust them with you until you approve them.
- Development. We build in stages and send test versions to your phone, so your staff try ordering and delivering before launch.
- Store release. We prepare the listings, submit both apps and handle the store review.
- Launch and care. We train your team on the dashboard and stay on for fixes, updates and new features.
You own the source code and the store accounts after the final payment. Live location is work we already do: Masar, the field tracking app we built for TechLine Factory, records where staff are during the shift even when the signal drops. For other app types, see mobile app development.
